Fuel pump overflow lines

Usually able to get my questions answered with simple searches here but I can't find anything on this.

One of the punch list items that were found during the survey on our new to us 31 Tiara was the lack of vent/overflow lines on the fuel pumps. As I understand, this will vent fuel from a ruptured diaphragm to the carb instead of the bilge. I have an idea where the vent port is on the pump but not sure where to run it to on the carbs. Engines are 350 Crusaders w/q-jets. Anyone have a pic or a link to info that will id the correct place to run the lines to? Is the port the same as what is labeled as the canister vent line?

Thanks for any help...
