I used up enough fuel in both tanks till the sum total of fuel in both tanks would fit in one tank. Then I transfered the fuel to one tank. Cut access holes with a hole saw (minimum 6") in each baffles section. Took a scraper and scraped out all the big stuff. Then used windex and a scotch brite pad till I had the entire tank shiny. It worked but it was very akward getting to the entire tank. Took some real wierd yoga positions. LOL
