fuel tank emptied

OK here is my question. I pumped one of my fuel tanks dry into the other tank with my fuel polisher, I have since added fuel to the empty tank, will I need to bleed air out of the system before I use that tank as the fuel pich up was exposed?

I'd run the engine on the tank that still had fuel, then while its running switch over to the one you just filled and see what happens.
I can do this with my engine with out having to bleed.
