Fuel tank replacement

Friends,

Any recommendations for fuel tank fabrication/replacement in the eastern MA/southern NH area? Current original tank is aluminum, better to look towards molded plastic? Seems like thicker is better, so plastic may win round 1, and also round 2 on corrosion-proof.
