This comment might be a bit late, but......

Check to see if there is an O ring around the output shaft where the shaft coupling pushes against the inner bearing race or thrust surface inside the gearbox, or under the coupling nut on the outside of the coupling. If so, it should also be replaced.
If not, you might want to smear a soft sealant on the splines on the output shaft because oil can make its way down the splines between the coupling and the shaft.

It was mostly sailing, but made it too San Blas Islands and no leaks.
I didn't see any O ring, but it looked like there was some gasket seal just inside the nut on the gear box shaft, so I did the same.

Hi fullas...same issue with a TMC60 here in Argentina...are we talking similar procedure and is the seal possibly the same number .
