good parts source for marine raw water pumps online?

Hey there. Are in the process of rebuilding our water pump">Raw water pump after discovering that one of the oil seals was shot and the impeller was missing a couple blades. We have taken everything apart, a local shop cleaned the shaft up for us and procured one of the oil seals, we found the other at a general equipment store for small engines, now we are painstakingly trying to track down the rubber water seal. The engine is yanmar 2QM20H, raw water cooled.

None of the local shops have anything, or anything resembling a true rebuild kit. I found one seller on ebay selling full rebuild kits with the bearings and everything but he doesnt ship to Canada. We are in Victoria, BC. Our boat has been out of commission a couple of weeks now and it would be fantastic if we could get any leads.

I can't help you with on-line suppliers but if you can get to a good industrial bearing supply shop then you should be able to get what you need. The bearing and seals in the 2QM20H raw water pump uses commercial off the shelf bearings and seals.

If you can't get the numbers off the old parts, take the old parts with you and any decent shop will measure them and supply the same or equivalents.

In the general case, I recommend that you get to know McMaster-Carr. Their catalog lets you narrow down from the general (e.g. oil seals, fasteners, springs) to exactly the type and size you need. Here's one page:
