Honda 9.9 4 stroke 2001
My friend started his outboard to warm it up.While reversing ,he stalled and could not restart.
They tell me you cannot drown these motors .They even accelerate with the choke.Sounds strange to me since I always carried spark plugs when I had my Evinrudes.Any ideas?
