I need a rebuild kit or a drop in replacement. I'd also like to know what the actual gear ratio is. A surveryor thought it was 2.47 to 1.

The Hurth 10 is now a ZF 12M

The 2R means a 2:1 ratio approximately. 2.136:1 forward and 1.955 in reverse.

They are real easy to rebuild if you have a press.
