The Hurth 10 is now a ZF 12M

The 2R means a 2:1 ratio approximately. 2.136:1 forward and 1.955 in reverse.

They are real easy to rebuild if you have a press.

Call the folks at Federal Marine 708-352-2200. They have the expertise and original factory parts. They won't steer you wrong!
