Injection Pump Removal

I am trying to remove the injection pump from my Perkins Perama M 30 diesel for servicing. I have removed all the lines, removed the split pin, but it is now loose but wont lift out. Any ideas what might be preventing it from coming out?

Well, after removing the pin AND the governor link from the rack pin it should lift right out. Don’t damage or discard the shim pack. [ATTACH]
