Kanzaki KM35P dipstick length?

I made a stupid mistake and forgot to check the measurements for my broken Kanzaki KM35P dipstick length before making up a new one.( The one pictured is the wrong length)

Does anyone know the correct length for the dipstick on a kanzaki KM35P? To the low oil mark?

I should have the correct amount of oil in the transmission and I thought I cut the new dipstick to the correct length but something is wrong as the dipstick shows no oil(not screwed in)

Many thanks.

I don't have an answer to your question.

But would like to point out that the mark near the tip of the factory tubular stick is the full mark. There is no low mark on the stick.

For your model the oil quantity is .5 litre and should be at the groove near the tip with the stick inserted but not screwed in.

Also the tube acts as the transmission case breather. During operation the oil level drops below the stick allowing the tube to vent air up to the hole near the cap.
