Kanzaki km4a

This beauty geabox was behind a small yanmar, I opened it and found some new technology, and glitter! It has a conical clutch and a set of small clutch disks, in the "cluster" with the discs, there is what looks like a TENSIONER NUT, with the threads on the O.D. My questions are; 1. is there a torque spec for this? And 2. is it supposed to be peened shut? it has small holes that look as if it was too be peen locked, but it was finger loose? apprciate any guidance or link to manual!
