KBW20 Transmission Leak

It look like I need to tighten or replace the O-Ring at the Output Shaft Coupling. The service manual shows some very expensive tools to loosen and tighten the lock nut holding the coupling in place. Anyone have an inexpensive solution to getting this nut on and off?

TIA!
