Re: Kubota parts

Likely not, they’re different manufacturers.

However there may be an odd case here and there of a shared starter or alternator.

Re: Kubota parts

Only if Yanmar used a Kubota block for the basis of the engine. Not sure if that is the case or not but I have seen a comment about Yanmar using Kubotas.

Best if you say what parts you are referring to.
Some Kubota injectors & lift pumps look the same as Yanmars.

Your friend would be better off looking for kubota parts.

Our engine base is a kubota 1105. The engine serial number is stamped on the block.

I use these guys https://caypower.com/ and get parts based on the model and serial. At least that way the part are a match, no guesswork.

Re: Kubota parts

Kubota equipment is common enough (here, the other end of Quebec) that I would be surprised if you have trouble finding parts. I use them when possible on my Nanni (Kubota base) engine.

????

The marinized parts...heat exchanger, water pump">raw water pump, thermostat housing, gear adapter....etc won’t be available from an industrial supplier, but there are several manufacturers of these items out there.

Re: Kubota parts

I have a universal m25 engine and would like Kubota crossover parts. Oil Filter, Air filter, belt, fresh water pump, etc. Does anyone have a list I could have?
