Leaking fuel injection pump. Need hep!!!

Hi guys. I need helping. I occasionaly found out my fuel injection pump is leaking from fuel cutoff (see attached pics). If someone had a problem and resolved it youself please share your experience

P. S. : My engine is Thornycroft T90, 1980 year of production.

Not familiar with that particular engine, and hard to tell from the pictures but it appears to be a CAV-DPA pump. The shaft slides out easily and there are a couple of easily replaced o-rings. There’s a great thread here somewhere, under “Westerbeke W30” I think.

A lot of rebuild kits available on Amazon for CAV pumps.

Unfortunately I still can't find manual with description how disassemble and reassemble shut-off lever. I'm scared to destroy lever [emoji3] occasionaly. When I find out how to fix it I will know the exact kit for repairing.

Once you remove the machine screws (yours will need a 1/4" 12 point socket) for the housing, the shaft just slides out. New nitrile O-rings from hardware store, don't need the rebuild kit. You will not be messing with all the finely machined/honed parts. Surprisingly easy, assuming you have decent access to the engine.
