M12 hose size question

I need to replace the short section of hose between the fresh water pump and the hard line enroute to the heat exchanger. I tried 3/4 (too small) and 1 inch (too large). Must be 7/8? Problem is that's an odd size at least here inland. Where can I get this hose?

Thanks! Pretty spendy, works out to about $4 an inch for that hose.
