Mercury 2.5 hp outboard - clutch?
Our small old Mercury 2 stroke outboard continues to drive forward even at its lowest revs. This requires the kill cord to be pulled at just the right moment to stop the engine driving when reaching a dock/boat. Should this outboard have a centrifugal clutch so that it stops propelling at low revs?
