Morse MV-2

Hi All
I have a Morse MV-2 lever that could do with being replaced and wondered if there was a product within their range or other brand that we could retro fit without re-drilling the holes etc... I know I could start from Scratch and just cover the existing hole and then redrill etc... but keen to keep the existing workings which look in good condition
Any advice would be great or if anyone has MV-2 lying around and wish to sell
Thanks
