Closing the loop on this (for me, at least) even though it’s not likely of broad interest:

East Coast Power Systems referred me to Marina de la Rive Nord in Repentigny, QC (east of Montréal). They have everything I need in stock and will ship within the province; I didn’t ask about service elsewhere. And be aware that their working language is French.
