Oil Filters

Looking for cross reference for Yanmar 4JH4-TE oil filter. My local Yanmar dealer is out of stock every time I need a replacement to put back in stock. I have tried to track down other brands but had no luck. I am in Australia so if you can help with a Ryco filter number or similar it would be a great help Cheers

Do you use a Yanmar 129150-35170? That should be for the 4JH4. Dimensions:

Center Thread Size: M20X1.5
Height: 86.1mm (3.39")
Diameter: 76.6mm (3.016")
Base Gasket I.D.:53.98mm (2.125")
Base Gasket O.D.: 61.52mm (2.422")
Base Gasket Thickness: 5.15mm (0.203")

I'd start with Ryco RMZ120 but I haven't tried/used on on that engine so would have to confirm the details with the Ryco dealer (Ryco doesn't provide the details on gasket size in their catalog, they just list the RMZ120 at 62mm).

The only direct cross I have is Sierra 18-7909

I have a 4JH2-TE, that also lists oilfilter part# 129150-35170


Instead I am using NAPA 1334 or 1344. Or if I can get them, I prefer WIX 51334 and 51344. The x1344 is much larger in filter capacity, it needs a bit more room around the engine, otherwise same thread and gasket.
