Cranking speed too slow, turn off the raw water inlet to avoid filling your aqualock and test the glowplugs, they all need to be working. Did you get the starter motor rebuilt after your recent engine flooding?
You’re still having the same problems as in your earlier thread.

ok I've changed the batterie with a new one but similar problem unfortunately https://photos.app.goo.gl/MyU4DSB4WXdaai1n6.

Could it be perhaps the spark plugs that are damaged because of the engine flooding?

what spark plug,this is diesel engin what i see.
try with start spray.
but you have problem with fuel line or heat element or injector

if not start with start spray you must call some diesel mechanic.

I forgot that this engine sometimes had a vacuum governor with a butterfly valve in the intake manifold…. Like a choke….. exactly like a choke and if it stuck closed, no way would you get that engine to start.
Those plugs are more often called Glow plugs…. Be VERY careful taking them out, if they break its a bugger of a job to fix the head.
