OVER HEATING

i have a 94 beneteau 35 with a 3gm30 f i have major black smoke under load, test at slip 2000 max rpm forward over 3000 in reverse,mechanic says over proped, it starts smoking around 1500rpm when under load. when i came in yesterday ran for about 20 min and was overheated,never over 1200 rpm, about 240 degrees, i tried to idle to bring temp down at idle but it shook bad,about an hour later temp was down to 140 and it started ok,rebuilt motor,new exuast and mixing elbow,have burned out two vetus mufflers,compression 240 to 285,the thermostat opens at 113,exaust and mixing has less than 10 hours on them,new impellor,i have a new pump coming

Who rebuilt motor?

Were injectors replaced?
