Perkins 4.236 Beneteau Transmission cooler pump?

I've attached some photos of what I think is a transmission cooling pump but i have no idea if thats accurate. I do know it does not have a belt on it so it is clearly not working. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The 4236 doesn't have a separate pump for transmission cooling That looks more like a pump for refrigeration/ac Where do the pipes go ? Does it have wires going to it for a clutch ?

Thats exactly what is is, just not hooked up. Thanks for the quick response.
