Perkins 4.236 oil cooler massive oil leeks
Hi picture shows the worn small corrosions on sides of inlet in the oil cooler for this 1978 built Perkins 4.236 engine number 187186L.
Can this be the cause and How to find a new inlet aluminium casing??
I saw a forum from member moiwall 2015 where he choosed to convert, taka away the oil cooler and instead installed with a piece of conversion product the oil filter direct without oil cooler. Where to find this device??
Would be very happy if anyone know how to fix this on my wooden cutter 35 feet Galeas s/y Elmy so we can go to sea..
