Perkins 4-270 high oil pressure

Hi all,

Needing some advice here as im stumped. For years the oil pressure was at 2 at idle and 4 at open throttle. After a 15h motoring session the oil pressure fluctuates as in the attached video link at the end of the post.

What i have done so far,

Oil change (20w30 manufacture spec)
oil filter change.
cleaned all lines to oil cooler
cleaned oil cooler
replaced sender unit on gauge
replaced gauge with mechanical unit.

Nothing made any changes, not sure what the next step would be....

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Could be pressure relief valve is sticking or the spring is weak. It's usually part of the oil pump or nearby in the block.
