Perkins M30 Perama Manual

I have a Perkins M30 Perama, 3000 hours....runs like a top...in my new to me 36' footer....I've downloaded the operators manual....but
I want the complete workshop manual....too many problems, virus's downloading from internet...
Anyone have a Perkins M30 manual???
I want to adjust valves... Have done many 16 valve motorcycles...
of course diesel 24:1 compression is a different animal...
If you have exact step by step instructions for valve adjustment??...please post..or.....thanks in advance for informed, factual responses...

Valve adjustment is done just like any other engine. Your motorcycle experience is valid here. All valve clearances are 0.2mm. Set the 1st cylinder to TDC and adjust its intake and exhaust valves and the #2 cylinder exhaust. Rotate the crank to relieve the #2 intake and #3 valves and adjust them.

There are several sites on-line to get the manual that do not have viruses. Also, someone here hosts the Volvo MD2030 manual, which is the same engine as the Perama M30. I forget who/where it is though.
