Phaser 3000

Has anyone had experience with Phaser 3000 fuel additive. Their utube video is very impressive how it disperses water back into fuel.

There are 2 types of fuel additives. One helps a Racor like filter remove the water and the other makes the fuel absorb the water. The problem with water absorbed in the fuel is causing rust and corrosion in metal parts especially steel like the injector tubes and internal injector pump parts.
