My next questions are:

In the two attached images there is a Red Arrow - What exactly is this? It looks like a rubber impeller, but half way up towards the engine. In the generic Yammy manual I have it does not show this part.

In the other image with the Blue arrow, I presume this sits in at the same place as the Red arrow in the first image? - Is it this that got stuck? Should I grease this up or does it need to spin the impeller looking object?

Anyone who has a Manual for a 15HP Yamaha Enduro 2 Stroke 2016 Model, I'd really appreciate a copy of it - Can't find one for love nor money with google.
This picture shows the bushing on the shaft, I see no difficulties with access, cut it off, and leave the bushing housing intact, that's in the housing.

Re: Problem with Removal of Lower Unit - 15HP Yamaha Enduro 2 Stroke

Well it appears I have a Unique Enduro (as far as Australia is concerned) - No one carries any parts for this model (had the Yammy dealer looking high and low for them).

I Found them all in Japan, but due to covid, parts are out of stock and shipping is highly limited.

Anyway I got everything apart and back together (minus new parts for the moment) and everything is running well - Bush was removed from shaft and not replaced.

Anyone had any experience with a Tohatsu 18HP 2 Stroke, as I have a mate who is selling an 18 month old one with a handful of hours on it and he will do me a deal - Just don't want to continually deal with a parts issue, so if the Tohatsu is a good motor I may just get it.
