Punta Gorda area mechanic?

Hello,
I'm looking for a good diesel mechanic in the Punta Gorda, FL area.
I've got a Catalina 27 with a M-18 Universal. Bilge pump stopped working while I was away a few months and the boat got about a foot of water in it. Cleaned it up and tried to change the oil and found a pin hole leak in the oil pan. Would like to talk to someone competent who can give me my options.

salt or fresh water? did oil enter the pan or just rust it out-quick check on dipstick. Depending on space, the pan might be able to be removed and replaced without pulling the engine. If it cannot be removed completely, I might even try dropping the pan, cleaning it well inside and out and JB Weld-ing it if it is good except for a single spot. The oil pump hangs all the way down near to the bottom of the pan, so that is how far it needs to move to pull it.
