Removing fiberglass elbow from exhaust routing - yay or nay?
Recently swapped exhaust mixing elbows which resulted in a mix match of exhaust hose diameters. I'd like to replace everything with a single 2" VHT silicone hose but wanted to confirm I am not creating more issues/ more vibrations.


Previously from the mixing elbow we had a 2.25" VHT silicone hose (approximately 8" long) going to a 45 degree fiberglass elbow which went to a VHT silicone hose bellow (approximately 6") which finally attached to the muffler (which I believe is 2").

I want to replace the 2 hoses and fiberglass elbow with a single silicone VHT hose (call it 2' long max) like the one linked below. Good idea or bad?
