Replacing a Perkins 4108 with Perkins type 404D-15

Hello to you all,

Have anybody replaced/repowered a Perkins 4108 with a Perkins type 404D-15? Is the Perkins 404D-15 a mariner or will the costs be to great in your opinion?

If this is the new 50hp industrial motor then i recently priced it here in oz.

Total $9250<br />
This is reusing my heat exchanger, instrument pannel and gear box.
I priced the heat exchanger $2000.
