According to the Service Manual, the Universal 5432 was rated 32 HP @ 2800 RPM.
It weighed 490 Lbs, and measured 36.2"L x 20.7"W.

And it's chancy making definitive statements about the condition of sail boat engines. If they have been predominately "marina boats" they may only have short total engine hours even if the boat is thirty years old.

A friend of mine had an oldish ferro boat with an ancient Perkins in it which got water in it and seized up. I was extremely envious when he rebuilt the damned thing with all new bearings, liners and pistons for a few grand. Some of those old engines have a lot going for them.
