Repower options Yanmar 3ym30 vs. Volvo D1-30

Need to re-power my J/37 and was pretty focused on the Yanmar 3YM30 until i got an incredible offer for a new Volvo d1-30. The volvo should be a much easier install which is where the savings comes in, about 4 grand difference is what i am being quoted, also because the volvo dealer feels bad that i have spent 3K in service this winter for a motor i am about to get ride of.

I would probably prefer the Beta Marine, but the time frame to get is is about a month, and i dont want to wait that long.

I hate my old volvo which is the main reason i am leaning towards spending the money to buy a water maker on the yanmar, but i do want a watermaker.

thank you for your help!
