How rusted is the stud?

If you have an inch or so sticking out above the bracket, clamp your vise grips on the very end of the stud, loosen the nut enough to get a saw blade under it, and cut it off, preferably from the bottom to make the old mount easier to remove.

Wire brush as much rust as you can away before you start, and squirt some penetrant on as well.

A sawzall (reciprocating saw) or similar is the tool of choice here, providing you have room..

Plenty of removable stud/bolt motormounts out there, google 'motor mount', go to images and click on one that strikes your fancy...
