Technodrive gearbox - a good choice?

I need to choose a gearbox for my re-power project using a Beta 90 Hp engine

Beta have several choices but the one with the most appropriate reduction ratio is the Twin Disc Technodrive TM93.
What are the good and bad points about this box

The other choice is a Hurth ZF45 but the box sits 28mm lower than the oil pan
I could deal with this if deemed a better choice of gearbox
