Volvo D1-30F impeller replacement

I'm trying to pull together a set of spare parts to have on-board, and it's remarkably tricky to find the correct items. There is no parts list or spares included with the manual, and I'm trying to avoid taking something apart just to identify a spare


Volvo #3593658 Impeller - no longer available via their website, are these a standard size?


Volvo #21951188 alternator belt -



Volvo Coolant / Oil - I cannot get the Volvo website to allow me to actually connect me to any dealers in the US that may ship this, even locally.

If you are in the US, try Napa or Lordco. They have tables/books listing the generic brand sizes for most OEM belts and perhaps impellers. Or you can take the existing belt in and they will measure it and recommend a generic replacement

I have Volvo d2-40fs and have had good luck getting spares at parts4engines.com in the UK. I've ordered filters, belts, alternators, starters, impellers, injectors, seal kits, gaskets, sensors....pretty much everything you want on a spares list and reasonably priced. Hopefully you'll find the same for the D1-30f

Thanks everyone - great info and suggestions, all appreciated. I am hoping to identify it and buy a replacement without having to take the current one off, but we're coming up on the 50-hour engine maintenance, so I may have a certified mechanic come in to do the service and ask him to identify it for me at the same time
