Volvo Penta D1-20f thread
Starting this thread for all Volvo Penta D1-20F owners to collaborate. if you have important/relevant data regarding this engine, please PM me so I can add it to the initial post.

I have a 5 year old Volvo Penta D1-20F with 250 hours installed on a Mirage 29 Sailboat.



Important data:

ALL AFTERMARKET LINKS
Air filter: Part Number 3809924
Oil Filter: Part Number 861473-7 | Other aftermarket compatible
Fuel Filter: Part Number: 861477-8
Alternator Belt: Part Number 3809625

Other aftermarket parts: >> Parts4engine <<

Currently looking for other aftermarket oil/fuel filters that fits this engine.
Also looking for experiences with different oils, and any other aftermarket parts used with this engine.


Service realized so far:

1. Replaced all Engine mounts (all busted)
2. Replaced MDI on Volvo Service Bulletin
3. Replaced MDI again due to being faulty (1.5 year after service bulletin), free under warranty by volvo.
