Volvo Penta md2020 exhaust 100% blocked with white gunk

I know it's old now but any idea how Bregts made out with the engine starting issue. Looking at the exact same thing on my 2030D. Ran perfectly when we put her on the hard for 8 months after FW flush for 20 minutes and plugged solid. Not much carbon, all white crap. Waiting for exchanger to get back from the machine shop, severe corrosion had to weld up temporarily. Good compression values when checked and injectors serviced but were okay and installing new SS elbow.. Hope it will start when we get it together again.
