For a complete description of the disassembly and reassembly procedure, along with a slew of photos and a description of the rebuilding process, as well as complete technical specifications, you should get the factory workshop manual. It might help you avoid costly mistakes.....

MD7A Rebuilding wow where to start Im finding it really difficult to find parts . So I've gone to a manufacturer to have pistons produced. In std , .010 oversized & .020 . I'll keep you informed on that process. What I've found on engine bearings as to rods, is that bearings for an Alfa Romeo with a little honing on the big end of the rod should work fine. More to come as I try to bring this green machine back from the Dead thanks .sailless1
