Westerbeke 55D Question

Can anyone provide some insight as to this engine? A friend has the opportunity to get a new one at an attractive price as he is repowering from an old Perkins 4-108.

My new Westerbeke 55D has a federal emissions compliance sticker on it from Isuzu Motors. Now to guess which model Isuzu it is...
