Westerbeke engine ID?

Hello everyone. I have an engine here that would seem to be a decent replacement for a blown Perkins 4108 that I pulled out of my sailboat recently. I can't exactly tell which model this is based on looking, but the owner says it's a Perkins 4108. It obviously says westerbeke on the header, and there are some accessories I don't recognize, mainly the two round bulbous items on the left. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Sorry, forgot to upload the pics. Here you go. Also, the engine mount on one side is obviously cracked. Is that particular part hard to come by, or can I pick that up fairly easily? Thank you
