Westerbeke Fresh Water Pump
After fixing one problem on my westerbeke 30 I found another; the fresh water cooling pump bearing is worn. I get slight movement when I push/pull the pulley roller.
Does anyone rebuild these?
Is there another brand pump that costs less and is just as good?
Rebuild kits are about 1/2 the price of a "new" pump, how hard is it to rebuild?

In the beginning sailors went to sea to discover new lands...
Today sailors go to sea to find out what will break next.
