Westerberk 7A1 replacement parts

I have a westerberk 7A1 marine diesel engine in my sail boat and am having a really hard time trying to find replacement parts for it (specifically the gloow plugs and Starter). I have conacted the regional rep and they told me that the Original glow plugs are $320 dollars and the starter is $2300+ dollars. And that they are not carried in the factor and would take 8-10 weeks to come in. So much for using the boat this summer. Does any one know if there is a aftermarket source (other than directly from Westerberk) for these parts (such a Bosh or something). If so I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks
