Whats' the second oil fill on my Yanmar 4JH.

I've just changed the oil and filter on my Yanmar 4JH. I noticed a second orange oil fil cap on the same side of the engine as the dip stick but I can't find it referred to in my manual. Is this just another fill point or does it need separate attention?

Second fill point. Only needed when access to the upper fill point is restricted.
