We just had this exact same thing happen to us over the weekend as we were about to anchor. Thank you so much for posting the pictures and the exact location of where the plug goes. Since it is totally hidden by the oil filter we would never have seen it.

I'm trying to confirm the part number right now or if anyone has had luck tapping a hole and installing a bolt.
