Yanmar 3YM30AE Battery Alarm
After working on a coolant flush, all of the sudden when turning the engine on the Battery Alarm on the console goes off and the Tachometer works erratically. Maybe while removing he heat exchanger, some water went on the electrical connectors.

Please see video.

The Victron Orion shows this message:

Charge is disabled due to: Input Voltage Lock-Out. Engine ShutDown Detected.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
