Yanmar 6CXM GTE2

Hi
I am looking at buying a boat which has had no expense spared on it. High end charter boat.
It has twin 2005 6CXM GTE2 engines in it. Lots of bills and receipts and again plenty of maintenance records parts changed etc

The boat is priced to sell and take into account the below.

BUT ! It has 3400 hrs on the engines. Should I be worried ?
I ve never had yanmar engines either so anything anyone can add to help / guide me I would be eternally grateful before I make a big expensive mistake.
