Yanmar Alarm

Hello

I have a Yanmar 4BY150 with an unusual alarm
The screen says check engine but doesn't specify any problem
Nothing seems to be out of place, all fluids are good, the battery has 13v and 14 when charging and water is pumping as it should

This is ongoing, engine runs perfect, If I run the engine for 5 minutes and shut it off then turn it back on the alarm is gone but if it sits overnight then when I start it the alarm is back

I read that you can test by unplugging the sensors but after unplugging each sensor the alarm still stays on

Hope someone has an idea because this is my last resort before trying to get a tech to look at it

Thanks
