I have seen broken alternador mounts due to over tensioning the belt. Do you have a new guy taking care of your engines? with very strong arms?? Or have you been working out lately?? May be too much force applied to tension the belt... Just my two cents!

What about the PYI mounts for yanmar?? They are around $125...
