Yanmar engine coolant leaking in bilge

Hi guys, my Yanmar engine (4jh3-hte) loses its coolant pretty quickly and I find it all in the bilge under the engine itself.
I'm thinking it could be from the fresh water pump weep hole (haven't checked yet as my boat is in Spain and I live in Italy).
I will also try to clean the heat exchanger as I think it hasn't ever been cleaned (close to 3k hours run time).

Is there anything else I should look at?
Thanks in advance!

For me it was a small diameter coolant hose hiding behind the oil cooler. I could fix it with the little pickup hose from the coolant expansion tank that was the same hose.

Place an oil absorbent mat to see where the drips are coming from. Pump seal? Loose clamp? Open drain cock? Damaged hose? Bad gaskets on heat exchanger?

Heat exchanger and exhaust elbow should be cleaned annually....
