Yanmar Front Main Oil Seal Slings Oil

I screwed up when getting ready to travel from Florida to Ecuador and put to much oil in the engine and blew the seal out. Replaced it in Panama with non original and blew it out in the canal. Replaced here with original, and the vibration dampner had a little groove worn into it where the seal seats so we turned it down and pressed a sleeve onto it so it would have a new surface to seat on. The dampner goes on very tight, no wobbling.....But it still slings oil above about 1500 rpms. Any ideas?
It is a 3JH2CE Yanmar.
